I was skeptical of the tech in these but after wearing them for running I have no doubts. They are perfect for running and training. I needed these for getting in shape for football season and I have no complaints. I highly recommend these to anyone who needs leggings for training/running.
I have about 8 pair of UA leggings and these provide much better compression than the other ones. Not a strangling compression, but you definitely feel it in comparison. I can't say the tights "reflect energy back into your muscles", but they are great for working out and I feel less fatigued than with other tights.
These have a different waistband than other UA tights. It's about half the height and they seem to have a shorter rise. When I'm doing squats or deads, it seems like I'm pulling them up a bit more than I do with other ones... so they either ride down or have a shorter rise in them.
They do have a reflective piece on each knee which would be helpful if you're running at night, but not so great if you're playing hide and seek. :)
Love the Celliant tech in these tights, I think it really makes a difference in keeping my energy up during workouts. Only thing I would work on is increasing the flexibility on the squatting and lunge motion. That limited range of motion makes them pretty meh for basketball. Amazing otherwise though. If you’re running or doing anything that doesn’t require extreme range of motion, these are great
